Buy a monkey a bucket of chicken and have a barrel of fun with it

Whatever you think this means is right for you. I just wanted to get you to visit this site so that I could convince you to take your next vacation in the Caribbean. Nothing in this world can compare, but you will have to visit to see what I am talking about.

I trust that when you speak to your agent, or make plans yourself your first option on your list will be the Caribbean, and Antigua specifically :)

Until I see you on the island...

CARIBBEAN VACATIONS FOR CARIBBEAN PEOPLE

So you’ve lived in the Caribbean all your life, but you’ve never taken a Caribbean vacation…what a shame! Caribbean people have forever been traveling to the North American territories for their annual vacations.

Somewhere along the way, we seem to have conjured up the idea that a vacation just isn’t a real vacation if we don’t travel to the United States, England or Canada. It is truly appalling that more than 75% of the people who live in the Caribbean take their surrounding Caribbean islands for granted when they think of the perfect holiday destination.

Each Caribbean island has its own culture, cuisine and natural beauty; however, most Caribbean people would favor a trip to the concrete jungles of the world rather than discover the natural beauty of their sister islands. From Trinidad down south to Hispaniola up north, we have so many different choices that it is hard to choose where to go sometimes.

My wife and I have traveled to quite a few of these islands, some together and some while we were single and we have never gotten bored in any of them. The number one reason we need to patronize our own is the close proximity. Some of these islands are even accessible by a short 1 hour boat ride! Those islands which have sister islands such as Antigua and Barbuda, St. Kitts and Nevis and Trinidad and Tobago are a 2-for-the-price-of-1 hit. While others like Dominica and St. Lucia are so huge, relatively speaking of course, that they are big enough to take up a good portion of your vacation just trying to visit all the local sites.

If you are a cuisine-inspired traveler then there will never be a dull moment for you. Each island is known for its different Caribbean flavor. Jamaica is labeled King of the Jerk Chicken, Trinidad is the land of Curry, Antigua is known for its delicious Lobster and seafood, and Grenada is known for its wonderful spices. The beaches, the sun and friendly people are the only three things which all of the Caribbean islands have in common; aside from that each island is so unique in its own way.

This is especially evident if you visit each island when its Carnival time. You will see for example that the way Trinidad celebrates Carnival is totally different to the way in which Dominica celebrates its own. But now that you have an idea what you are missing, make a pledge to yourself to visit one of your sister islands on your next vacation.

However if you are not living in the Caribbean I would also like to take this opportunity to invite come and visit one or a few of our islands, by island hopping, and decide for yourself if these Caribbean are all gems by themselves. What I can promise you if this is your first time, that you will have the time of your life.

Those who have visited will tell you that there is no where on Earth like it. In Barbuda, the sister island on Antigua, there is actually a pink sand beach. So unique I will not even attempt to describe it with words; and that is just one of the natural wonders that can be discovered when you come and visit.

The time of the year will also make a difference since later in the year is the rainy season, and for those who enjoy the sun shine on vacation, that can certainly spoil ones mood. However I will not say anymore. I would certainly like to recommend my favorite spot to vacation in the Caribbean, which is quiet, peaceful and tranquil Hermitage Bay, Antigua

Just Come...you will not be disappointed.
